Hi...I am just wondering if you ever got an answer to this question??? I have the same problem with my american fridge freezer......I called out an engineer and he has replaced a few parts, but still not working. The fridge is freezing all the food, inc milk......the freezer is not freezing the food and it is not making ice and there is no water coming out as the digital control panel is not working correctly either......If you ever found out what was wrong, I would be most grateful if you could let me know......I really do not want to be getting rid of it and buying another one.
