Mend Ariston Euro Combi Boiler Heating Pressure

how can i fix my ariston euro combi boiler?

I have just moved into a new home fitted with the boiler above, i have experienced problems the previous owner did not leave a manual.

I seem to be losing pressure very quickly, which results me topping up every day or the boiler doesnt come on, i'm also worried that alot of water is dripping from the pipe underneath the boiler although i have tightened the valve, there is also alot of water dripping outside of the house from the pipe connected to the boiler

please help me i know nothing about boilers!!!

i also have a euro combi boiler. The pressure was low dueto the very cold winter and I turned the pressure up slightly. All was fine until last week when there was a small wet patch on the floor estimate one to two teaspoons if thta. There is still some slight leak but I have a bucket underneath and so far only very small leaks.

This will be because the expansion vessel doesn't have enough pressure in it. To check it, depressurise the central heating system. Locate the expansion vessel and check pressure in the vessel with a tyre pressure guage, it should read about 0.8bar. If not pump the pressure up by using a bicycle pump.

The boiler has a safety valve that blows if the boiler pressure reaches over 3 bar. This has to be changed as it is causing the pressure loss. Also, the leak undermeath the boiler will need to be repaired if it is not already as this will contribute to pressure loss.
