Mend Steam Buggyy Need Manual

I Need a manual for the Steam Buggyy?

We bought ours for a nominal sum so that we could clean clothes in our charity shop. Sadly it lacks tools and we cannot remove the plug to fill it with water. The plug turns but does not unscrew. Please help.
