Eurocal 50/70 cant find the fault?

I've serviced and repaired my Eurocal 50 /70 for 12 years now and have replaced most things on it. It packed up a week ago in the cold spell. After dismantling it totally I found the motor's bearing were dry and a bit rough. Oil cured it. But the real culprit was the motor's condenser which was shot. A new condensor was a lot cheaper than a new motor! I'm baffled by your problem but I don't think it is the condensor, but worth a check. It is always the last thing you think about that's the problem.

What make of Burner do you have Could be a Monoflame (Ecoflam Minor 1) As you have treid the usual suspects, you need to listen carefully to the boiler as it runs, what happens immediatel;y prior to lock-out does the flame die away, causing the igition to re-apply & lock out, OR does the boiler sound normal, and suddely igition on and Lock out?
If Answer is "A" Check oil is getting to the oil pump i.e Filters Clean & Fire Valve or isolating valves in oil line open.

If Answer "B" Try a New Control Box
