Mend Renault Megane Window Electrical Side

how do i fix the window rgulater device on my Megane?

The driver's window on my Megane closes ok but immediatley opens about 2". It never refuses t close but persists with this opening. A few weeks ago during a very wet spell the door pocket was filled with water. Does this have something to do with it?
