Mend Works Turn Board

comp works for a night then nothing?

my comp wouldnt turn on so i took out power supply and found a component had come of the circuit board inside power supply, i soldered it back on and great it worked for a night and then nothing, so went and bought another 1 and fitted that, great it worked, but again only for that night. now baffeled any one have any idea what problem could be. thanks

Whats the make of the computer? There are known issues for different manufacturers, but some of them you will have to replace the motherboard as well, and some you will have to check for front USB port damage.

thats a tricky one when you said you bought another did you mean a board or a psu. it sounds like a psu fault
