Mend Worcester 28CDi Central Heating Reset

Worcester 28cdi Boiler problem?

We have the above boiler and the central heating and water lights are flashing. We have tried reseting but after a couple of minutes it just begins to flash again

We just turn the pressure dial up a bit and that solves the problem.
