2002 Ford Focus - lost remote key?

Only have blue chipped masterkey - non remote. Am using it to start the engine and have another key also non remote which only opens the doors (to save wear on the masterkey).If I buy a remote fob/ blank bladed key on line , get it cut ,can I programme it a per instructions below using only this blue master key only.
