Can I get a replacement heat exchanger for Glow Worm 'Spacesaver 52'?

Is there anywhere I can get a new (or professionally re-conditioned) heat exchanger for my old Glow Worm 'Spacesaver 52' gas central-heating boiler (GC No. 41 315 45 serial No. 10280 ALR) ? I believe the part number is M 10338.
