Mend Glow-Worm 38BF Gas Valve Heating Glow-worm

Maclaren UK48/RBB05 gas valve replacement/equivalent?

Does anyone know where I might be able to get the above gas-valve ? It is for a Glow-Worm spacesaver 38BF. Tried lots of places but no luck so far. I've heard there is a Honeywell equivalent but don't know the part number .Does anyone know of this part ? Cheers John

Simply ... you cant replace it unless the boiler manufacturer can sanction the use of a different gas valve.

Thanks, I did try that but part is now obsolete. Boiler repair man tried his supplier ,no luck also.Was hoping if someone knew of another source or equivalent. Quickly freezing to death here!
