Mend Baxi 105he Combi Hot Tap Boiler

How can I fix my Bazi combi 105he?

Please help! I have a Baxi combi 105he, when i turn on the hot water tap the boiler shuts down and runs cold, turn tap off boiler fires up. I have tried resetting several times but no joy. Any help much appreciated as can't afford plumber at the moment. Thanks in advance.
