how do i recode my new key ?

i have got a new car key for my fiat punto how do i program it

Fiat Fiat Punto Vehicles, Cars Car Fiat Punto

Cant be done without the proper ( very expensive)equipment. There is no DIY "turn the ignition on 8 times, press the brake pedal, push the button" type way of doing it.
Fiat specialists or the dealer I think.
