At the bottom of the page you will see the "ask a question" form.
In the "your question" box put basic info of the car and problem, for example

In the "your question in full" box give more detail, such as -
The make, year and model of car.
What is actually happening, is the fob not locking/unlocking the doors, or is it an alarm problem?
Is it the standard factory fit alarm/remote or an aftermarket unit, if aftermarket what make and model?
Have you put a new battery in the remote?
Do you have a spare key, is it working?
Has any other work been done on the car recently, has the car battery been flattened or removed?
Will the car lock/unlock using the key in the door?
Anything else you think may be relevant?
