Mend Toshiba 32ZP46 Television Picture

toshiba TV 32ZP46?

I did a retune on my TV and the picture is perfect , but the colour is blueish.
Tried a retune , but still the same...please help.

its set to normal.....i tried it on warm.....no change.

sounds like the screen is set to 'cool' see can you change it to normal
