Hotpoint Ultima CTD80 Tumble Dryer F12 Error?

Dryer was working ok but display was not working so we ordered a new PCB module. Just before installing the PCB module the dryer stopped working. When we installed the new PCB module it showed an F12 error. So, we know the fault is not with the PCB module - where else could the problem be?
