Mend Ferroli Optimax HE Plus 31C Time Set Water

ferroli optimax he plus 31C time clock?

does anyone know how to set the time clock so that pre-programmed heating and water etc comes on when you have programmed it to, as so far I have been unable to do this and keep having to use the over ride button to switch it on and off!!

the link for the Wickes manual no longer works and the other manual posted by ste is not the same timer.

email them , you can find their technical support email address on the website

they replied to me within a few hours and sent me a PDF of the programmer instructions which are very easy to follow.

i just want to add to this weve got brand new one,theres no mention of timer in the handbook,we cant figure it either,theres loads of similar threads on each search engine
its bad form i think,homepage no help and i was 19th inline on phone for 20 mins!
