Mend Peugeot 206 Car Problem Battery

I have a peugeout 206 and I have only one pair of keys which are not working I open the door manually. I change the battery of the key still no working.Why? Also sometime my car does a horrible horn noise very loud nothing stop it accept when I open the boot and remove the battery. Please help me tell me what to do!
