Bosh Exxcel 1200 Express?

Starts programme but then it tends to stick on a time for example 30 minutes and then about an hour later it still says the same time.

It also appears to start the programme again, so first time using powders etc and then just water.

This means we are using twice as much water and electricity.

Is this a timer fault or the card faulty?
