Glow Worm flue boiler flashing lights reset & ignition?

Help !! The boiler clicks on but I can't see the flame through the little hole, after a while the reset light flashes quickly and the three flame light flashes slowly. I think my pilot light may have gone out, how can I reset it or relight the pilot light. I have a Glow-worm Hideaway 80B FF balanced flue boiler. It worked fine yesterday and I haven't heard any big bangs or anything !!
