WHEN C/H OFF DHW HEAT C/H SYSTEM?

WHEN CENTRAL HEATING IS OFF,IE SUMMER, WHEN I TURN ON DHW THE CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM WARMS UP AND THE DHW DOES NOT HEAT UP PROPERLY, I AM ADVISED IT IS A SENSOR BUT DON'T KNOW WHERE, BOILER LITTLE STAR LS 80T

sounds like motorized valve on the heatng system is letting by,may need replacing
