Mend Combi Boiler Heating Thermostatic Valve

radiator not getting hot ?

the radiator in the bedroom is fitted with a thermostatic valve , the radiator is not getting hot , it is hot a the pipe work to the valve. i suspect the valve is sticking . the house is fitted with a combi boiler. how do i clean the valve thanks john

remove the head from the valve, if the radiator then comes on the thermostatic head is faulty, if it doesnt tap the spindle several times and use some wd40 to lubricate.
