Mend Worcester Bosch Greenstar 28i Heating System Water Pressure

how can fix my worcester bosch greenstar 28i ?

Hi, the water pressure on my boiler keeps dropping but we have a leaky radiator which is turned off, but theres water coming out of the external pipe, what do I do to stop the water pressure dropping

Looks like the PRValve is leaking - could have some crud under the seating - if you've turned it to release presure this is almost certain the case - FOR SAFETY REASONS you should not tamper with it but if you have an iota of commonsense they can be taken apart and cleaned - do take care!
