leak?

have a leak coming in the car but not sure where its coming from we have took all the panels off inside the car but the water is only coming in on the passenger side at the back near the rear quarter on a ford focus. there is a pipe from the sunroof on that side where the water is coming from but not sure if its the pipe leading from the sunroof could u please tell me thanks
