hp stopped working?

my hp pc has the blue screen with error message. cant do anything after windows screen boots up it goes straight to blue screen. even if i try to boot into safe mode or any of the other options. cd rom turning but wont read a disc.no matter what i do i just get a blue screen. please help. ps cant even press f10 on bootup to system recovery
