Mend Vaillant turbo plus 824e Water Tap Shower

viallant turbo plus 824e hot water problem?

when running the hot water tap or mixer shower off the boiler the temp fluctuates .on inspection of the boiler with the hot tap running it was cutting in and out every 60 seconds or so,also a pressure reduction is noticable with the shower.any ideas?
