Mend Zanussi ZWD1270S Access Outer Machine

zanussi zwd1270s access to drum?

There is obviously something stuck between the drum and it's outer cover - how do I get access to it? The body of the machine APPEARS to be in two halves but looks as though the machine would have to be dismantled for access! It's 3 years old
