warning lights - Vauxhall Ventra -KLO3 LSK?

I have two warning lights coming on. Both are yellow. One looks like a steering wheel with a broken steering wheel around the outside. The other looks like a battery with a funnel at one end. I have just replaced the battery so this should not be a problem.

When the battery was replaced the radio/CD system no longer works either.

Could you help with the resolution of these problems
