Mend Peugeot 206 Central Locking Door Locks

How can i fix my peugeot 206 central locking?

my doors unlock with button but wont lock with it, i lock with key and after a couple of minutes the locks pop back up again. need someone/ somewhere that can fix central locking in hertfordshire or devon, will i need a whole new system installed?
