Mend AEG 865 Machine Water Stopped Wash

Need to fix my dishwasher Favorit 865 ?

The machine takes in water at start of the cycle. once it has stopped taking in water it should go to the wash cycle.It just stops but the timer continues to click away and the light on the front panel stays on the washing icon.The motor is not running at all

( NOTE When the water is filling it is not comming in very fast: I am note sure if this is correct or not)
