Ive got the disk and everything, but, when i went to use it, my laptop wouldnt recognise it! it tells me to erase icons and restart my computer, ive done that about 5 times and it isnt working! Ive tried to download upgrades, but, i cant find my confirmation code for my email address! is there anyway i can fix/sort out/get my webcam working again without using a confirmation code???
