Mend Beko Eco45 Flashing Rinse Aid

not fillling?

the eco45 and quick wash lamps are flashing simultaniously the rinse aid lamp flashes for about 10 secs the programme settings and wash cycle buttons dont appear to work when the washer is switched on the wter inlet seems to work for a few secs any ideas please
