Mend Ice Fridge Freezer

Ice in fridge freezer?

I have ice forming in the bottom of a frostfree freezer.
It appears to be coming from a metel plate at the top back of the freezer as ice is also present in the drawers.The drainage hole in the fridge above is not blocked.
