How do I fix the sagging ceiling panels?

I have a 91 Winnebago Chiefton and the vinyl is coming loose from the ceiling panels. How can I fix that? Is there a permanent fix for this problem? How hard is it to replace the entire ceiling panel? Is there a replacement ceiling panel that will not do this in the future? Is it very hard to remove the ceiling mounted cabinets?
