I find AEG/zanussi seals some of most difficult to change. There is 2 ways. If The shell of ur machine splits you will have to remove the front section and its not easybut gives best room to work. There is a concrete balance weight round the front of the drum of these machines which restricts access as a tensioned spring holds the seal on the drum side for the second option which is working through the open door. You will need to remove the retaining strap holding seal at door.Use a flat screwdriver. Peel front of seal from machine and this should allow you to see balance weight on front of drum and the spring strap holding seal. Remove this strap and peel seal off. Place new seal on drum side by feeding seal round drum rim and then comes the fun of repacing the securing strap. I use wedges at different points to hold securing strap as i feed round drum. It's not an easy job compared with other brands.

Well, I could ask the obvious...why did you buy it in the first place?
It goes like this: Remove in the following order: lid, soap tray, control panel facia, outer door seal spring, 2 door switch screws, lower plastic kick-plate. Then take off front (2 screws top, 2 bottom) & remove in one. You then have access to take off inner bellow spring & pull the bellow free. Assembly is reverse. Good luck...I swore a lot the first time I did it.
