Mend Gainsborough 9.5 SDL Plumbing Shower Water

How can i fix my gainsborough 9.5 sdl shower? ?

My Gainsborough 9.5 SDL shower squirts water from the back when the shower head is fastened to the head tubing. Without the head on the water comes out of the tubing as it should. Tried different head same happens.Why?
