Mend Indesit IS70 Tumble Dryer No Heat Element

Indesit Dryer IS70 not drying, no heat?

My Indesit IS70 tumble dryer wont dry clothes at the moment. No matter how long you set the timer for, there is no heat being created at all and the clothes are barely drier than when they were put in the dryer in the first place. I have checked that the filter is clear and the water tank is empty but had made no difference. If the heat element is gone, is it easy to replace myself?
