Mend Electrolux ER7646c Fridge Model

How can I fix the door seal on my Electrolux larder fridge model ER7646c?

The door seal is broken and I believe I may be able to trace a spare part but do not know whether I can attempt to remove and fit the new seal or whether this is a job for the professionals.
