If you have 3 seperately sheathed cables, chances are it is one to each swich.
If not, give more details.

Two of the switches will be exactly the same as if it were wired 2 way, with black (or yellow) to the common, red (or brown) to L1 and grey (or blue) to L2.
In the third switch, black (or yellow) should go into a piece of connector block and straight through to the next switch. One red (or brown) wire and one grey (or blue) wire needs to go in each side (either end of the lines on the diagram on the back of the switch); just to confuse you, different manufacturers number the terminals differently so you may have to try one method, energise it to see if it works, then try another way.

... Or did you mean 3 GANG, as in 3 switches in a row?

With three wires (not including an earth of course) and three terminal holes to put them into you have six possible combinations and of those combinations 2 of them will be correct and four will be wrong. Providing you take care not to electrocute yourself and isolate the circuit when making changes you can wire up until you manage to get one of the correct ways - or call in an electrician to do it for you - probably safest.

With two wires just put one in Com and another in L1 or L2

Your question is a little scary mainly because you fail to say how many wires you have - what colo(u)r they are and how your switch is marked... Perhaps on reflection it will be better and safer to call in a specialist.
