wont cut?

my perfrmance power PWR33CCCSA saw, gets very hot chain and bar when cutting. its 3 years old and burns the wood when going through. also it polishes the side of the teeth on one side. i am sharpening it the same as always, and it doesnt look worn out. it doesnt and never has oiled the chain very well. is the bar groove worn too big perhaps.
