putting up pressure on Greenstar 30Si combi boiler?

My pressure is on 0 and although the central heating is good, I have none in the loft conversion in the attic. In my old combi I could easily reach the valve to turn it up but don't know how on this heater. Instruction manual advises to call the installer back!!

Please help!! The kids are freezing in the loft conversion.
