ford focus audio display shows "mute" when phone button pressed?

mobile phone was linked to ford audio 6000cd
when phone button pressed in car phone model would appear in display.
now car display shows "mute"

I have the same issue. When I either press the green or the red phone symbol is goes to mute. I can't seem to connect my phone to the cars Bluetooth either, it doesn't show up on my phone BT selection.

Trying this radio reset now!

how do i remove the fuse 112? where abouts under the glove box?

I have the same problem & have just had a quote from my Ford dealer £350 to replace bluetooth unit!!
Anyone over come this themselves? How do you "unmute audio"

reset your stereo, remove fuse 112 (15min).... (below glove box)
