How to unblock Hotmail?

Last week my hotmail account (of over 10 yrs.) was blocked because someone entered wrong password too many times. I suspect this happened at the hospital where my husband works. They probably did not notice that it was his hotmail account and entered their own password...not really sure). Anyway...evidently I did not have an alternate email address to have a password resent to so it promped me to answer my secret question...which was not a problem. The problem was it asked for my location. Region, State, and Zip. I've lived in 4 states and overseas since I set up that account and could not remember where I was or if I had changed it since moving. I tried every combination and then it blocked me from trying that again. What a mess. I've never had any problems with it before. If they would just unblock it, I could reenter the correct password. No one has responded to my email requesting information and I cannot find any way to contact them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
