Mend Bissell 9400E Clean Carpet

How do i fix my Bissell pro heat 2x turbo 9400E ?

iam not getting any water out to clean the carpet the brushes work it sucks up water but there is no water coming out at all only used it once from new cant find the receipt can someone help.
