Mend Tumble Dryer Motor Heating

motor is running but it's not turning?

It seems to be heating up but it's not turning inside so obviously not working or drying, could it be the belt and if i opened it up would it be possible to see this?

Yup, probably the belt.... Open it up and the belt will either be broken or off the drive system.
