How can i get my astra mk3 to start it will not turn over.
its not the starter moter because you can hear it turning, its not the lack of fuel because there is fuel in the injectors so i am cannot think of anything else
thanks a lot for your replys it was a broken cam shaft so ive just had it fixed for £150 very reasonable

Diesel or petrol? Petrol - do you have a good spark from your spark plugs? Diesel - could be a glow plug issue. What about the battery? Is that in good condition (fully) charged? When my battery went, the starter turned but failed to start the engine.

the starter motor may be turning but is it turning the engine?
