Mend Rangemaster 1100 Oven Stays

Rangemaster 1100?

My clock on oven keeps flashing and stays on auto, if I press a few buttons long enough the oven will come on but then make a clicking noise and oven turns off. Also lights flash again. Changed the element in the cooker, thinking it was that, funny burning smell coming out of oven.
