Mend Honeywell Accenta G4 Fitted System Fine

Accenta G4?

I have fitted the above system and it has been fine for about four weeks. Now when I press set the exit tone sounds but does not stop or set. There are no faults indicated on RKP and on walk test all pirs appear to be fine.
