the surface your sky box is sitting on could be causing vibrations causing the noise try sitting it on something softer to absorb the vibration happened mine and this sorted the problem i used folded bits of kitchen roll for cor

Place your box on standby for 30 seconds.
Then switch it off at the mains supply.
After another thirty seconds hold down the backup button on the sky box and then switch the mains supply back on while the system starts to restore.

check the scart leads , sometimes they buzz , if there not in all the way , or of bad quality , thats were i would start......
