Treadmill shows 7 on the screen?

I have a sportscraft TX 4.9 Treadmill and the motor is fine(was tested and is excellent ) but the mother board
must be messed up . All it shows is a # 7 on the screen. Do you know where we can go to get it fixed?
and or know someone who can repair this .
