how can i light the pilot light on a baxi bermuda pw2?
Hello, i have no heating or hot water and i can't see a pilot light so i'm guessing this is the problem but i have tried a few things to get it turned back on and i can't figure it out, the grey nob is doing nothing nor is the electric switch
press and hold the grey button in and continue to press the ignition button until the pilot lights, continue to hold the grey button for around 30 seconds then release. if it doesn't stay lit then you need a quallified engineer to trace & repair the fault.
